Dan Dwyer Sr. has been in the insurance business since he graduated from St. Xavier High School in 1960. Starting in the mailroom at Maryland Casualty Company, he continued working in the insurance industry to eventually become Vice President of Great American Insurance Company. There, he led the company’s national personal lines operation. In 1989, he left Great American to start the Dwyer Insurance Agency. Throughout his career, Dan Sr served on several boards and was the past president of the Greater Cincinnati Independent Insurance Agents Association. He is still very active in the agency and in the community. His vast experience in insurance company operations has provided an excellent background and platform for running an agency and serving our clients.
